Salterns Marina Chandlery – Summer 2026 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Salterns Marina Limited, Salterns Marina, 40 Salterns Way, Lilliput, Poole, Dorset, BH14 8JR.

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Salterns Marina, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

• Complete the entry form on the tablet provided during the promotional period.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Promotional Period

Entries must be received by 11:59pm on 31 August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

5. The Prize

The winner will receive:

• One (1) £500 Fuel Voucher redeemable at the Salterns Marina Fuel Berth.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The fuel voucher:

• Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Must be redeemed at the Salterns Marina Fuel Berth.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
• Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their first name and photograph on Salterns Marina marketing channels.

9. Data Protection

Personal information supplied will only be used to administer the prize draw and, where consent has been provided, to send marketing communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where necessary.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
